Solid, Long-Lasting Construction


All of the frames at Smith Brothers are built from the finest kiln-dried hardwood maple lumber and feature reinforced double-dowelled joints that are glued, screwed, and strengthened with corner blocks.

Along with built-in legs for extra stability, all of their frames built by Smith Brothers come with extra-strong front and back rails made using 1 1/4" maple lumber to provide superior strength and eliminate warping or twisting in the frame.
